Dr. Phaedra Iafano grew up in Rockford, Michigan. She attended Michigan State University where she did her undergraduate work. She then attended Life University of Chiropractic in Marietta, Georgia and graduated from Parker College of Chiropractic in Dallas, TX in 2005. She also completed a post-doctorate Animal Chiropractic program in 2006 and is certified by the IVCA (International Veterinary Chiropractic Association) to treat animals. Dr. Iafano now divides her time between working with people, dogs and horses. She enjoys working on all Chiropractic patients and over the years has become especially inspired and moved while providing care for women who are pregnant, newborns and children. Helping women through Chiropractic with such an important milestone in their lives both humbles and honors her. Dr. Iafano is very passionate about her work and how routine care can build the foundation for a better quality of life for people and animals. One of her goals as a Chiropractor is to give a voice to animals by educating patients on the importance of Chiropractic care not just for themselves but for their animals as well. She resides in Grand Rapids with her daughter Chiara Marisa. She loves spending time outside with her family, their dog Stretch and her horse Chief. Her healing oasis is of course any time spent at the barn with the horses.
